Scope:
The course consists of two modules combined as one. The focus on all advanced courses is
on reviewing, discussing and solving problematic issues, including subjects brought up by
the participants. The second part of the course covers:
- Needs Assessment (Channeling field-oriented skills to effectively mobilize for change)
- Planning
- Programming and Monitoring
- Projects (How to plan a project program its activities and design and implement its follow-up system)
- Evaluating Projects
